Classes and Events
To cancel class: Login to your account. Go to "Orders List." Find the order containing the class that you would like to cancel and click "Return" on that order. Select the class that you would like to return and follow the directions.
To reschedule a class using a Class Pass: Follow the instructions above to cancel the current class and then register for the class that you would now like to attend.
To reschedule a class that you paid for with a credit/debit card: Email us at info@mistypinespetcompany.com or call 412.364.4122 and we will manually change the class date for you. This can only be done before a class has taken place.
